Audience/Prerequisites

All are welcome to attend the course, regardless of experience. However, the following prerequisites are highly recommended for those who intend to take the SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) 6.0 certification exam:

Attendees must attend all days of the course in order to qualify for the exam.

  • Attendees may be eligible to apply for 15 PDUs toward their continuing education requirements with the Project Management Institute (PMI) for PMP, PgMP, and PMI-ACP certifications

  • Attendees may be eligible to apply for SEUs under category C, toward earning or renewing their CSP through Scrum Alliance

    Credits/Exam

  • Exam name – SAFe® 6 Product Owner/ Product Manager Exam

  • Exam format – Multiple choice (one answer) or multiple select (2-3 answers)

  • Exam delivery – Web-based (single-browser), closed book, no outside assistance, timed

  • Exam access – Candidates can access the exam within the SAFe Community Platform upon completion of the SAFe® Product Owner/ Product Manager course

  • Exam duration – Once the exam begins, candidates have 90 minutes (1.5 hours) to complete the exam

  • Number of questions – 45

  • Passing score – 35 out of 45 (77%)

  • Language – English

  • Exam cost – First exam attempt is included as part of the course registration fee if the exam is taken within 30 days of course completion. Each retake attempt costs $50.

  • Retake policy – Second attempt on exam (first retake) can be done immediately after first attempt. The third attempt requires a 10-day wait. The fourth attempt requires a 30-day wait.

An experienced SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC), university lecturer, and transformation coach, he brings a rare mix of academic rigor and real-world impact. Whether guiding executives through strategy, helping teams find their rhythm, or designing future-proof organizations, Mihail knows how to make agility practical and powerful.

Some call him a “transformation architect.” Others say he just can’t resist a good whiteboard. Either way, his sessions are known for being insightful, challenging, and refreshingly hands-on.

Graham Shelby
Writer, Director & Storyteller

Graham Shelby tells stories – sometimes his own, sometimes other people’s. And he helps clients, colleagues and students find, craft and tell their own stories. He’s worked in virtually every medium, from print publications to web, from radio to stage to video to multimedia productions like The Man on TV that combine all of those forms.

In any format, the goal of Graham’s stories is to make people think, feel and imagine. He helps aspiring storytellers express themselves and helps audiences understand the experiences of people around them.

And he has a lot of fun.

Graham grew up in Kentucky and studied journalism at the University of Kentucky. He spent three years teaching English in Fukushima, Japan with the Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Program. Graham lives in Louisville with his wife and three sons.
